Assembly & Installation Policy

Most products sold by PHYSIOME, including our jewellery pieces, require no assembly or installation and are ready to wear straight out of the box. This policy applies to the limited range of products that do include simple assembly, such as jewellery stands, display cases, or gift sets.

1. Products Requiring Assembly

Where a product does require simple assembly (for example, a display stand, gift hamper, or accessory bundle), this will be clearly stated on the individual product page prior to purchase.

2. Assembly Instructions

Where applicable, assembly instructions will be included in the packaging. If instructions are missing or unclear, please contact us at Contact@physiome.shop and we will provide guidance or replacement instructions.

3. Difficulty and Time

Any assembly required for our products is minimal and designed to be completed without tools or specialist skills, typically within a few minutes.

4. Assembly Assistance

If you experience any difficulty assembling a product purchased from us, please reach out to our customer support team, who will be happy to help.

5. Damage During Assembly

Please follow provided instructions carefully. PHYSIOME is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly. If you believe a product was faulty prior to assembly, please contact us before attempting to assemble it, so we can assist appropriately.
