We understand that plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed with PHYSIOME.
1. Cancelling Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Since our orders are processed within 1–3 business days, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
To cancel, email us at Contact@physiome.shop with your order number and a request to cancel. We will confirm cancellation by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
2. Cancelling After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may still return the item once it arrives, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which allows returns within 30 days of delivery.
3. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without needing to give a reason. This is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-day Return & Refund Policy, which offers an extended window beyond the statutory minimum.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders for items marked as final sale, or custom/personalised products (where applicable), cannot be cancelled once placed, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

- Full name used on the order
- Reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
